Purple flowers
Purple flowers from my front garden. I planted them a few years ago and after initially thinking they’d died, they’ve gone from strength to strength. This the first year they’ve looked really good. I’m a terrible gardener though, I can’t remember it’s name!
Hey, just wanted to let you know that these are Columbine flowers. They are a biennial, and will reseed themselves if you let the flowers go to seed at the end of the season.

I think I’ll let them do that, they’re such pretty flowers and you never know they might outcompete the very virulent weeds I’m always pulling up!
